"不為人知的飲食軼事" ? So, how did author know? I am certain that he did not interview the politicians and the royals. Did he consult some books and web resources? But it does not seem that he had cited any references in the book?
Did he do what the American author, Fiona Ross, do when writing on the same subject?

From the excerpts I read from here (http://www.books.com.tw/products/0010720920), I did not see any proper referencing.
And, co-incidentally, Fiona Ross published another book titled Dining with Leaders, Rebels, Heroes and Outlaws (https://www.amazon.com/Dining-Leaders-Rebels-Outlaws-Destiny/dp/1442252294) . 大人們的餐桌 resembles this book in concept as well as coverage of the political figures. I wonder what had happened.
